1. Sponsor
The sponsor of the Electric Circus EDM Festival VIP 4-Pack Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is Elf Khurafeh Shrine Center, located at 4240 W. Wilson Rd. Clio, MI 48420 (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Electric Circus EDM Festival, EK Shrine, the festival venue, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.
Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, and eligibility before awarding any prize. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01A.M. Eastern Time on July 15th, 2026 and ends at 11:59P.M. Eastern Time on November 30th, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
The random drawing will take place on or about December 3rd, 2026], before Electric Circus EDM Festival tickets go on sale on December 9, 2026. Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit ekelectriccircus.com during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the official entry form with all required information.
Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries by the same person, use of multiple email addresses, automated entries, bot entries, bulk entries, or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means may be disqualified.
No purchase, payment, donation, ticket purchase, or paid festival registration is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
Two winners will each receive:
One VIP 4-pack of tickets to Electric Circus EDM Festival.
Each VIP 4-pack consists of four VIP festival admission tickets only. The prize does not include camping, parking, lodging, transportation, airfare, fuel, meals, beverages, alcohol, merchandise, upgrades, service charges, processing fees, taxes, insurance, or any other add-ons or expenses.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $880.
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,760.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has NO CASH VALUE. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Festival admission is subject to all festival, venue, ticketing, security, age, ID, health, safety, weather, waivers, and conduct policies. Sponsor is not responsible if a winner or guest is denied entry, removed, or unable to attend for any reason.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Two potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry. Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of the first notification attempt.
Before a prize is awarded, Sponsor may require each potential winner to complete and return an eligibility affidavit, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, and/or any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required documentation, or violates these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
8. Guest Requirements
Each winner’s guests must comply with all festival and venue rules. Sponsor may require guests to sign a liability/publicity release or other event documents before tickets are issued.
If the event, VIP area, or any component of the VIP ticket requires the holder to be at least 21 years old, then the winner and all guests must be at least 21 and must present valid government-issued photo identification at the event.
9. Taxes and Expenses
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for all costs and expenses not expressly included in the prize description. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax documentation if required by law.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, photo, video, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, legal requirements, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, submits false information, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Electric Circus EDM Festival, EK Shrine, the festival venue, ticketing providers, promotional partners, prize suppliers, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of any prize, or attendance at the festival.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, delayed, misdirected, inaccurate, stolen, undelivered, garbled, or corrupted entries; technical failures; website errors; network problems; email delivery issues; human error; unauthorized intervention; or any other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, award prizes, and, where the entrant separately consents, send marketing communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications as provided in those communications.
14. Disputes and Governing Law
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Michigan.
15. Winners List
To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Elf Khurafeh Shrine Center P.O. Box 1 Clio, MI Attn: Electric Circus EDM Festival VIP 4-Pack Giveaway Winners List, within 30 days after the drawing date. Winners names will also be posted on ekelectriccircus.com.
